What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to have it shipped when it arrives, choose a comparable item, or cancel that portion of your order.
Absolutely! If you are in the NY/NJ area, we are conveniently located in Newark, NJ right by Newark Airport. Once your order is in the "processing" stage, you will be contacted to set up day/time that works best.
- Is there a minimum quantity I have to order to get my items printed?
Yes, there is a 500 piece minimum for in-house orders and there is a 3,000 piece minimum for custom orders being done overseas.
What kind of artwork should I upload?
The higher the resolution the better. Vector file formats (.AI, .EPS or .PDF) work the best. Please make sure your fonts are converted to outlines! Art submitted in low-resolution image file formats, like .JPEG and .GIF, as well as file formats not made for art programs, like .DOC and .PPT might have to be redrawn or recreated.
What shipping methods do you use?
Fed-Ex Ground is our default shipping method, but we can also use UPS, USPS at your request.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Absolutely! Just provide your carrier account number at checkout.
